Hex Hall - Rachel Hawkins
Sophie Mercer discovered she was a witch three years ago. Her mother being a non-magical person, does her best to support Sophie and contact's Sophie's father only when she has to.But on prom night, a love spell goes wrong and Sophie is sent to Hecate Hall by her father. It's a reform school for Prodigium witches, faeries and shapeshifters. Sophie's roommate is a vampire who was accused of killing a girl a year before, three supermodel-looking witches seem to be out to get her and she has a crush on the hottest in the school, who happens to be a jerk. And then Sophie learns about a secret society who wants to get rid of all Prodigium.I was really interested in reading this book when it came out in 2010, but didn't get to read it until now. And wow. It was good! I thought I would like it, but I love it. It was one of those books I couldn't put down, I wanted to know what was going to happen next. And I really liked Sophie and her roommate, Jenna. This was an awesome book.
