Review
This book is about a dog named Rover. He bites a wizard and then to punish him, the wizard turns him into a very small toy dog.There were some parts of this book that I enjoyed, but most of the time, I found myself not being able to really get into the story. It was well-written and not a bad book. But for most of it, I just couldn't get into it.
