Review

Linda and her son Brady move into her great-grandmother's old house. It needs some fixing up and Brady isn't happy about living there. But he becomes excited when he sees the pond in the backyard and asks his mom if they can fix it. Soon the pond is filled with fish and watched over by a beautiful Cedar tree. Brady doesn't realize it, but the tree and the pond are special. The story was interesting and it takes you through a few generations of the Price family, starting with Linda's great-grandmother, Cathryn. I think there are some really good characters in the book. I don't want to spoil anything, but I think the story is unique and the author created likable characters that make you care about them. It was enjoyable read. I liked it.
